Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item to our nearest return center. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Timeframe for Return Shipping

After receiving return approval, you must ship the item back to us within 5 days. Returns sent after this period may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued only in the original form of payment, which for Michali Journeys is cash on delivery. Therefore, refunds will be issued via a local cash transfer, cash drop-off, or store credit, as applicable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within the same 7-day window and follow the same return conditions. If you would like to exchange for a different item, size, or color, please mention it when contacting us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
