Order Processing
Once an order is placed, our team begins processing it immediately. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and prepared for dispatch.
Delivery Method
All orders are delivered using our trusted courier partners. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our sole payment method. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order in cash.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email or SMS with your tracking details (if available). You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment.
Missed Delivery
If no one is available to receive the order at the time of delivery, our courier partner may attempt a second delivery. In the event of repeated failed delivery attempts, your order may be returned to us.
